Gopher Properties is a small rental business that we (Adam and Kari) own and operate ourselves.  We both went to college at the University of Minnesota and met at Sally’s restaurant on campus.  We enjoyed living in houses near campus during college and for years after we were married.  We still live in the Saint Paul neighborhood, no more than 7 minutes from our furthest property.

Adam is a licensed structural engineer who has always enjoyed building and fixing things.  Kari is a licensed travel agent who is very people oriented and enjoys booking trips for people.  We take a very hands-on approach and have become good friends with many of our past tenants.  We take pride in responding quickly should issues arise so no one has to wait for a call back from some “other” company.
