We strive to make our houses places you are proud to call home. We are attentive to our tenants and make repairs quickly. We ask that our tenants have the same respect for their home as we do. “I enjoyed my time at 1042 15th Ave (2015-16). The location is great for access to dinky town, and local Como restaurants. 280 and 35W can be reached in under 5 min for ease of commuting and travel. Biking to campus takes about 8 min and walking about 15. The neighborhood is a mix of residents and college houses and is peaceful aside from the odd house party.

The house is well lit and spacious with an impressive dining room and entryway (loved the spiral staircase). Basement is fully developed and the laundry room has an excellent space for folding and drying laundry. Parking in back can easily accommodate 3-4 cars with no shuffling and street parking is fair. Outdoor spaces are great for dining and hosting friends.

Upon contacting Adam with anything amiss he was prompt to respond and often fixed the issue within 24 hours. In addition to keeping the house in good condition, Adam was friendly and very helpful in settling in and moving out.”

“My family and I rented a two bedroom duplex in St. Paul from Adam and Kari(Gopher Properties) and it was by far the best experience we have ever had in a rental unit. Upon move-in day, everything was thoroughly cleaned, the walls were repainted, the hard-wood floors were refinished and all of the blinds and lighting fixtures were brand new. We were immediately impressed with the amount of work these two had put into this unit.

Throughout our time here, there were a few small issues that arose with the house, which is to be expected with an older property. No matter how small or large the issue was, either Adam or Kari would be over within a few hours to fix it.

In addition to quick response times, Adam also spent a great deal of time maintaining the property. He mowed the lawn, cleaned the common area and made sure that our driveway and sidewalks were shoveled and salted immediately following a snow storm. This was all on a regular basis.

Bottom line – they care for their rental units and they care for the people that live in them. They do a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice rental property with landlords that go above and beyond…”
